Sean’s initial career aspirations take a dramatic turn following his first deployment and the events of 9/11. Instead of ending up on Wall Street, Sean finds himself working with the SEALS in Africa while Annette battled to keep the family together back home. Presently, Sean Hughes works for Intuit and writes a blog with over 1 million followers (www.chartwellwest.com) while his wife Annette operates a non-profit (www.care4us.org) created to assist families with special needs children but the journey from fighting their battles at home and abroad to present day is anything but typical.
